Style Spotters: 2021 Winter/Spring Style Report

Studio Designer is proud to partner with High Point Market’s Style Spotters program that allows designers and style fans to keep up with the best of new products and collections at High Point Market—especially during a year when showing up in person was a challenge. 2020 gave the Style Spotters an even greater responsibility to discover and present important, relevant, and stylish products that will enhance and enliven the homes in which we are spending so much time.

The 2020 Style Spotters—Rachel Cannon, Nancy Fire, Joanna Hawley-McBride, Don Ricardo Massenburg, Rachel Moriarty, Ivonne Ronderos, Victoria Sanchez, and Keita Turner— rose to the challenges of this difficult year and delivered many phenomenal product discoveries. With two successful Style Spotters Live! x Zoom events,  a handful of virtual Trend Tours, as well as their previous style reports, the 2020 Style Spotters team is wrapping up their trendspotting year with the release of the 2021 Winter/Spring Style Report.

With their seasoned expertise and discerning eye, each Style Spotter took the time to examine the numerous product offerings at the Fall High Market—some in person and some virtually—and noted the prevailing trends among the major showrooms and notable vendors to develop this report. Their Style Spotter mentors Shay Geyer and Gary Inman remarked, “We could not be prouder of their dedication and hard work. Their expert selections reveal an explosion in products designed to meet the current surge in home renovations and interior projects.”

From a renewed focus on natural materials to the embrace of curvilinear furniture to the resurgence of Art Deco, this report will certainly keep you plugged into the major textures, patterns, fabrics, shapes, and objects that are leading the way in home decor.
